Sleeping with your boss 'can boost your career'

Sleeping with your Boss can do wonders to your Career,
Especially if you are a GAY, Trangender,Shemale,BiSexual , Transexual woman, WOMEN , Lesbian Women .
New Research Shows.
In the study, some 37 per cent of office workers said that from their experience those who slept with their superiors were rewarded with a career boost.
The research for the U.S. Centre for Work-Life Policy found that no matter how high achieving, female executives will not reach the very top of their profession unless they find a 'sponsor' who will speak out on their behalf, reports the Daily Mail.ome 34 per cent of women in executive positions said they knew a female colleague who had slept with their boss.
Even at director level or above, 15 per cent of women admitted to having had an office fling.
In terms of morale, 61 per cent of men and 70 per cent of women lose respect for a leader involved in an affair.
The study also showed that 60 per cent of male executives and 65 per cent of female executives suspect that salary hikes and plum assignments are being traded for sexual favours.ome 48 per cent of men and 56 per cent of women feel animosity towards the involved couple, and 39 per cent of men and 37 per cent of women see a fall off in productivity as the team splinters.
Relationships expert Jean Hannah Edelstein said: "Office affairs are a bad idea. Your boss already has a lot of power of you so once your start sleeping with him, how do you know that he's going to fulfil his end of the bargain?
"Even if it happens in the short term, everyone will know what's going on and you'll lose their respect.
"It poisons the atmosphere and in the long run it is not worth it and will follow you around the industry."

Bloom Box - Energy From Fuel Cell By An Indian to Bullshit OBAMA ?

India contributed so many things to the world to make us all proud to be an Indian and now on Wednesday, it will add one more thing to make us all proud to be an Indian.
Sridhar (an ex NASA researcher?) has developed an off-grid source of cheap, clean electricity in a device that is the size of a loaf of bread. The device is called Bloom Box, a much hypedFuel Cell which will be formally introduced to the world on Wednesday at eBay's headquarters in California.

What is this Fuel Cell Bloom Box?

Bloom boxes are produced from stacks of ceramic plates. The plates, which are made of sand, are painted with special green and black inks. One such stack, or cell, can power a light bulb; 64 can power a coffee shop.
These bloom boxes can use any fuel source – gas, plants, wind, solar, etc – to generate power, which would theoretically enable the Bloom Box to operate entirely off the electricity grid. Bloom Box reportedly proved twice as efficient as traditional power sources and produced 60% fewer emissions.
According to the Guardian, Sridhar's work draws on his research on generating oxygen for Nasa's missions to Mars. Nasa has been using similar devices aboard its vehicles for years but Sridhar's achievement was to make the technology affordable, he told the Atlantic magazine last December.
"I want to open up access to energy the way that PCs and the web opened up access to information," Sridhar told the Atlantic. "So people can live where they want, and still be connected, without someone telling them when they can do their laundry."
Can't wait for Wednesday...

Fuel cells were invented over a century ago and have been used in practically every NASA mission since the 1960's, but until now, they have not gained widespread adoption because of their inherently high costs.

Legacy fuel cell technologies like proton exchange membranes (PEMs), phosphoric acid fuel cells (PAFCs), and molten carbonate fuel cells (MCFCs), have all required expensive precious metals, corrosive acids, or hard to contain molten materials. Combined with performance that has been only marginally better than alternatives, they have not been able to deliver a strong enough economic value proposition to overcome the status quo.

Some makers of legacy fuel cell technologies have tried to overcome these limitations by offering combined heat and power (CHP) schemes to take advantage of their wasted heat. While CHP does improve the economic value proposition, it only really does so in environments with exactly the right ratios of heat and power requirements on a 24/7/365 basis. Everywhere else the cost, complexity, and customization of CHP tends to outweigh the benefits.

Solid Oxide Fuel Cells

For decades, experts have agreed that solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) hold the greatest potential of any fuel cell technology. With low cost ceramic materials, and extremely high electrical efficiencies, SOFCs can deliver attractive economics without relying on CHP. But until now, there were significant technical challenges inhibiting the commercialization of this promising new technology. SOFCs operate at extremely high temperature (typically above 800°C). This high temperature gives them extremely high electrical efficiencies, and fuel flexibility, both of which contribute to better economics, but it also creates engineering challenges.

Bloom has solved these engineering challenges. With breakthroughs in materials science, and revolutionary new design, Bloom's SOFC technology is a cost effective, all-electric solution.

Over a century in the making, fuel cells are finally clean, reliable, and most importantly, affordable.

U.S., European Save $30 Billion by OutSourcing to India ?

U.S., European Save $30 Billion by OutSourcing to India ?
Bangalore: U.S. and European companies saved a whopping $25 to $30 billion in 2009 alone on account of their outsourcing work to Indian companies. U.S.-based customers are seen to have saved $14-19 billion and European ones $9-12 billion, reports The Times of India.

According to a recently concluded study by Nasscom in association with research firm Evalueserve, the information technology and business process outsourcing (IT & BPO) sector accounts for 6 percent of the country's GDP, a quantum jump from 1.2 percent just a decade ago. The study estimates that by 2020, the sector will account for 10 percent of the country's GDP and 14 percent of the total services sector revenues.

Nasscom president Som Mittal said that the industry has contributed significantly to the development of the American and European economies. Amidst allegations that outsourcing has increased unemployment in U.S., the study reveals that the off-shoring has created over 250,000 direct and indirect jobs across the U.S. during 2004-2007. In 2007, $2.75 billion was contributed by Indian firms to the U.S. economy in the form of taxes and administrative expenses incurred by their onsite offices.

The IT-BPO sector have contributed to 10 percent of the country's service sector revenues, its unique "service-led" export oriented model contributed 9 percent of the country's incremental GDP. The per capita GDP contribution of IT-BPO employees is 80 times that of agriculture. The industry grew twice as fast as the total Indian exports over the past decade and contributed 14 percent of the country's total exports.

Free Credit Card Numbers Made Easy ?

Credit Card
Disclaimer: Do not use any credit card numbers, except your own, to use on the internet. It’s illegal to use other people’s credit card numbers to purchase your own stuffs. Free credit card numbers featured in this post is written purely to test one’s knowledge to see if these are valid. It should be viewed from a purely academic perspective.
Credit card is a mystery combination of random numbers that allows you to purchase something without taking out cash from your pocket, magic eh? But do you know how those numbers are calculated? If they are not valid, how can you detect it? Easy, just apply the Luhn check and you will start to discover those fakecredit card numbers!
1. Starting with the check digit (Which is the last digit of a credit card), double the value of every second digit (from right to left). E.g. For a 16 digit credit card number, double the 15th, 13th, 11th, 9th…digits (Digits in odd places). It sums up to a total of eight numbers.
2. If doubling of a number results in a two digit number, add up the digits to get a single digit number. This will result in eight single digit numbers.
3. Now, replace the digits in the odd places of the original credit card number with these new single digit numbers and you will get a new 16 digit number.
4. Add up all the digits in this new number. If the final total is perfectly divisible by 10, then the credit card number is valid (Luhn check is satisfied), else it is invalid.
Yeah, I know it’s a bit confusing, that’s why I have created more examples using these images, have a look and you will understand it very soon:
First example was done using a MasterCard credit card :

mastercard-credit-card

Note that the credit card number starts with the letter 5, so that means the card is issued by MasterCard. To determine whether it’s a valid credit card number, I have included the image together with the workout:

luhn-check-1

As what you have seen, the total sum of the credit card numbers using the doubled digits is 66, which means it cannot be divided completely by 10, thus it is invalid.
Let’s take another example using a Visa credit card :
visa-credit-card
As what you have seen, the total sum of the credit card numbers using the doubled digits is 35, which means it cannot be divided completely by 10, thus it is invalid.

luhn-check-2

ENDING
If you have made this far, here are some additional points to be remembered. Free credit card numbers don’t mean that you can use it to purchase items anywhere, these are experiments for E-Commerce owners to test if their system is fully functional. Millions, billions or even trillions of numbers can be generated using the Luhn Check. If you successfully get one working number, you still need to type in the CVV and personal details to verify that you are the owner of the credit card, so work harder and apply for a credit card
Think you have learned what I have taught you? Try these test from Paypal and see if you can get all the answers correct.

US JOBS will Not GO to India " Bullshit Obama PLAN Works ? "

Indian-American CEO sentenced to 20 months jail
US President Barack Obama has said that America had returned to robust competitiveness and the danger of jobs and industries fleeing to countries like China, India or Germany was over.
"When I took office, we put in place a new economic plan that rewards hard work instead of greed; a plan that rewards responsibility instead of reckless; a plan that focused on our middle class, (and) making them more secure," Obama said at a Democratic Fund Raiser in Austin, Texas.
The US President said that the US "was competitive over the long run so the jobs and industries of the future weren't going to China or India or Germany, but were going to the United States of America, right here."
Gradually entering into an election mode with the mid-term elections less than three months ago, the US President has been frequently in his public speeches claiming how his policies are aimed towards stopping outsourcing of jobs and manufacturing.
Instead of spending money on special interest tax loopholes that don't create American jobs, we said we're going to make smart investments in education and innovation and clean energy that will benefit all people and our entire economy, he said.
"Instead of giving special interests free rein to write their own regulations, we demanded new accountability from Washington to Wall Street so that big corporations had to play by the same rules as small companies and by individuals.
That's only fair," Obama said.
Observing that it took nearly a decade to enter the current phase of the economic mess he inherited, Obama said it's going to take some more time to "dig our way out" of that hole.
"The devastation that has touched so many of our families, so many of our communities, that is going to take some time to heal. And I hear those stories firsthand wherever I travel.
I hear about them in the letters that I receive every night that I read from people who are doing their best to keep on striving towards that American Dream, but keep on hitting a bunch of road blocks and are looking for help.
So the road to recovery is long and it's filled with challenges. And I'm under no illusion that we've gotten there yet. We've got a lot more work to do," he said.
Continuing with his critic of the Republican policies, Obama said: "We've got a choice between a forward-looking agenda that is rebuilding the structure of this economy so it's working for all Americans, or just going back to the same stuff that got us into this mess."

Boston: An Indian-American CEO of an IT company has been sentenced to 20 months imprisonment and ordered to pay over $800,000 in restitution for his role in a bribery and kickback scheme.
In addition to the prison sentence, Bansal and his company have been ordered to pay $844,765 in restitution to the District of Columbia government, U.S. Attorney Ronald Machen said in a statement.

Virginia-resident Bansal and his company AITC had plead guilty on April 27, 2010 to bribing public officials.

During his guilty plea, Bansal admitted that between September 2005 and March 2009 he and his company paid more than $700,000 in bribes to Yusuf Acar and Farrukh Awan, then employees of the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Technology Officer.

Acar and Awan previously plead guilty to federal charges and are scheduled to be sentenced on August 12, 2010.

Trojan-SMS virus attacks Android handsets
Bangalore: Anti-virus specialist Kaspersky Labs has found its first reported case of a Trojan-SMS that attacks Android handsets recently. There have been cases of the same type of malware on non-smartphones, but this is the first targeted at users of Google's operating system.

"The IT market research and analysis organization IDC has noted that those selling devices running Android are experiencing the highest growth in sales among smartphone manufacturers. As a result, we can expect to see a corresponding rise in the amount of malware targeting that platform," says Denis Maslennikov, the company's Mobile Research Group manager.

The virus, Trojan-SMS.AndroidOS.FakePlayer.a, comes disguised as a media player application and prompts users to install a file of just over 13 KB with the standard Android extension .APK. It then uses the phone to send multiple SMS text messages to premium rate numbers without the owner's knowledge. Obviously, this could end up costing the handset owner a fortune, and make a packet for scrupulous cybercriminals.

"Kaspersky Lab is actively developing technologies and solutions to protect this operating system and plans to release Kaspersky Mobile Security for Android in early 2011," added Maslennikov.

Campaign Promise :-  Environmental PromisesThis one is pretty simple…I promise not to go back on environmental promises once elected President. Obama talks a great game but as we have seen pursues all the same Bush oil and energy policies. Say one thing, do another.

Obama’s latest broken promise to the environment stems from what he put in writing as a Presidential candidate to Greenpeace:

“As president, I will ensure that the U.S. provides leadership in enforcing international wildlife protection agreements, including strengthening the international moratorium on commercial whaling. Allowing Japan to continue commercial whaling is unacceptable.”

Barack Obama, March 16, 2008 Greenpeace candidate questionnaire
Guess what has happened since Yo’ Mama Obama took office:
    * The Obama Administration is currently supporting a position within the International Whaling Commission that would allow the re-start of worldwide commercial whaling
    * Right now countries like Japan, Norway, and Iceland are pushing for this deal, including opening up the Southern Ocean Whales Sanctuary for whaling.
