Here is a great trick for all the Airtel mobile users,

Follow the simple steps below:

    * Create a new message center :
      Message Center Name: ANY
      Message Center Number (MOST Important): +919810051905
      Now select preferred connection -> Packet Data
    * After creating a new message center, please manually select it from
      MESSAGE CENTER IN USE BOX.
    * Now Go to setting -> phone setting -> connection -> packet data
    * Here change PACKET DATA CONNECTION -> when available
      and Access Point -> Airtel Live! ( Pls. Write as I have written here)
    * All setting has been DONE !!

Now for sending message. You have to write 0(zero) before any contact number. Pls don’t make mistake.

Note: Don’t Write 91….instead of 91 write 0.. For example: if number is 9893098970 then you’ll write 09893098970.

FREE INTERNET IN PC USING GPRS:MOBILE WITH AIRTEL CONNECTION

Here is an old trick to surf internet in pc using gprs free of any cost in your mobile with Airtel Prepaid connection(in pc connected to mobile).(Mobile with Airtel in India only).

REQUIREMENTS

You need a PC or a Laptop and the required connectivity tools like (required to connect pc from mobile to pc) Serial/USB cable OR Infrared Device OR Bluetooth dongle (U can follow any method of connecting mobile to pc depending on your mobile specifications-just connect pc to mobile).Also you need mobile with airtel connection in india with GPRS activated.

    STEPS TO FOLLOW

    1) Activate Airtel Live! (As we know it is free.so activate it free.)

    2) Create TWO Airtel gprs data accounts (yes TWO u’ll need two) and select the
    FIRST as the active profile.

    3) Connect your mobile to the PC (or Laptop-use your connectivity tools to do it) and install the driver for your mobileâ€™s modem.

    4) Create a new dial-up connection using the NEW CONNECTION
    WIZARD as follows

    Connecting Device : Your mobileâ€™s modem
    ISP Name : Airtel (or anything you like)
    Phone Number : *99***2#
    Username and Password : blank

    5) Configure your browser and download manager to use the proxy
    100.1.200.99 and port 8080.( Use opera with which u can browse wap and other sites.)

    6) Connect to the dial-up account. You will be connected at 115.2
    kbps (but remember, “that is a bad joke” as said by many people).

    7) Pick up your mobile and try to access any site. You will get â€œAccess
    Deniedâ€¦â€�(except for Airtel Live!). IT DOES NOT MATTER.Keep the mobile down.

    8 ) On the PC ( or Laptop) open your browser, enter any address ,
    press ENTER and WAIT

    9) After a few seconds the page will start to load and you have the
    WHOLE internet connection free.Enjoy free & happy surfing.

But before using thses you should know methods of activating GPRS setting(ask to your network dealer) IP adress proxy and the settings that are required for gprs.Again you should be able to connect to mobile from pc and use mobile as modem.(google them-see manual of your phones).

Again this trick only works in Airtel Iindia and i may guess that it might work for all other internet services like bsnl but u have to change the Ip adress according which is unknown.

This trick worked on most of mobiles with airtel connection in india but u need to be a more geeky.Also post any troubles in comments and also post if it worked on your mobile or not.

i hav been testing this for over 1 month in OS 7 , 8 and 9

requirements :

1. s60 fone
2. the in built web browser in the fone (of course its there)
3. Opera or some other extra browser

procedure :

1. activate the free airtel live service in ur mobile fone
2. go to settings–>connection–>access points–>press the left soft key–>new
access point–>use existing settings
3. the new one will be named airtel live(01) [for ease of use change the name
something else]
4. open any one browser (using airtel live) — > open a wapsite like google–>
it will show some error message — > dont close the browser just minimize it
5. now open the other web browser using airtelive(01) and again open a
wapsite like google –>it will again show some error message
6. minimize it and go back to ur previous web browser and then open any site
7. its gonna work like charm

PS:- wen i mentioned open a wapsite , here do not open the regular
airtelworld.com

HOW TO CHECK IF RECIPENT’S PHONE IS ON

Here are 2 ways to check if the recepients phone is on.

    Get Delivery reports
    (set it on your own if u want to get a report when the sent message Â reaches the reciever)

    or

    Type *0# your message in the message composer window space then write your message, the recipient will not see the star zero hash bit – just the message When they read it it will relay a message back to your fone showing the time they recieved it. (haven’t yet tried it myself )

How to recover Orkut password?

Orkut is the highly successful social networking site in Brazil, India, and Pakistan. Orkut is much more famous than any of the other social networking sites such as Facebook and MySpace in these third world countries. The Orkut demographics show the penetration of this social networking tool with above 51% from Brazil (http://www.orkut.co.in/Main#MembersAll.aspx ). Developed by Orkut Büyükkökten and later bough by Google, this social networking tool is growing far greater than any one else.

With its popularity grows the need of hacking into some ones Orkut account. We are getting so many comments on several pages in this website on how to break into an Orkut account; how to break Orkut password etc. As always our humble reply, we don’t endorse hacking. We will not help anyone out to break into Orkut account nor provide any help if they have forgotten the passwords.

One thing people forget is that Orkut just like any other web based service store the password in encrypted format and just not possible to figure out the password even with the help of employees who are working there. How is it possible? Without going into technical details, let us explain things in a simple way.

When you register for a web based service you provide the password; one thing most trusted websites does is that it encrypt the password provided by you. The encryption is not reversible ie no one can decode the string back to the original format.

Suppose you have the password “MyPassword” this password is stored in the Orkut (or any other server) in encrypted format… something like – MyPassword => khkjhd877e8q78e8634but3874@63. There are several encryption techniques available like MD5, SHA etc. These encryption algorithms are not reversible ie you can convert MyPassword to khkjhd877e8q78e8634but3874@63 but khkjhd877e8q78e8634but3874@63 can’t be converted back to MyPassword.

When ever you enter the user name and password, the website convert your password into Md5 or sha or what ever it is and cross check. So not even an Google employee can retrieve your password. Well, it can be reset.

Orkut passwords could be compromised only if you are

Using a computer with a keylogger
installed
Using a computer affected with some Trojan or virus
Using other websites where you have used the same password and which is not encrypted

So next time before thinking about hijacking the girl friends Orkut account, remember it’s not that easy.

It is available for Windows 9x, NT and 2000, there is no UN*X version available although it is a possibility at some point in the future.
